Go paperless to receive your bill by email

If you sign up for ebilling you are agreeing to receive all future bills by email.

Any recovery documents such as reminders and summonses will still be sent through the post.

  1. Sign into your online account
  2. Click My Services
  3. Click Show Details
  4. Click e-billing
  5. Confirm that you have read the term and conditions
  6. Enter your email address and select Email with link
  7. Verify your email. If it appears that you’ve not received an email, remember to check your junk folder.

Receiving your ebills

Once your business rates bill has been issued, we’ll send you an email advising you that an electronic copy of your bill is available for you to view using the link included within the email.

You’ll be able to view any changes to your account straight away.

Change your email address

If you want to change your email address:

  1. Click My Services
  2. Click Show Details
  3. Click Amend your paperless billing subscription
  4. Enter your new email address
  5. Confirm that you have read the terms and conditions

Print your bill

If you need a paper copy of your bill:

  1. Click My Services
  2. Click Show Details
  3. Click the Correspondence tab
  4. Click View (to see your bill)
  5. Your printer options should then become available for you to print a PDF version of your bill to the printer of your choice.
