Armed Forces Day is one of the UK’s most important annual events. It’s a day to celebrate and thank the military community for everything that they do to keep us safe. This year this national event will be hosted in Cornwall.
Falmouth will be the centrepiece for the country’s celebrations (June 24 & June 25), with more Armed Forces Day events taking place around the world.
Visitors can expect to see Top Gun style displays from the Red Arrows and the precision and aerobatic capabilities of helicopter stunt teams. There will be parades. Tanks and military vehicles on show, the opportunity to tour naval ships and a spectacular fireworks display.
This prestigious event is an effective marketing platform reaching hundreds of thousands around Cornwall and visitors from the rest of the UK. Association with this national event has typically attracted a range of high profile regional and international brands.
