Made Orders with active consultations under the Highways Act 1980 or the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 are shown here.
Please note the wording for each Order below is taken from the legal notice published to advertise the making of the Public Path Order.
Public Path Orders made and advertised by the Council divert, extinguish or create public rights of way. They are made under either the Highways Act 1980 or the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The public have an opportunity to make objections to or representations about an Order during the time period stated. Orders that are made by the Council can only become operative once they have been confirmed.
