Fault reporting form

The new Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 come into effect in January 2023. This will create new responsibilities for ensuring the safety in high rise buildings.

The new legislation makes it clear that in any high rise building the external walls, and any attachments to it, are covered by the Order.

This means that those responsible for building must ensure that the fire risk assessment considers the external walls and attachments.

Use this form to report a fault with fire safety equipment in a high rise building.
