Cornwall Council are committed to creating vibrant, safe, and supportive communities where everyone can lead fulfilling lives and be active members of their local neighbourhoods.
Our Vision
Our vision is to provide Day Opportunities that empower individuals with diverse abilities to choose a wide range of social, work, and leisure activities within their community at times of the day and evening that suit all. Everyone deserves the chance to
- make friends
- develop new skills
- and contribute positively to their communities
Day opportunities should be flexible, community-based activities that support people aged 18 or above with a disability to live full meaningful lives within their local communities.
Cornwall Council are engaging on the future service model of Day opportunities across Cornwall.
