We are prioritising enquires from people who would consider being assessed for;
- children who are over the age of 2
- who may have some additional needs
- or are part of a sibling group
We are also looking for people who would be interested in fostering to adopt as a way to offer early permanence to a child.

The information you provide is being collected by Cornwall Council and the Council of the Isles of Scilly Adoption and Family Placement Service for the purpose of your enquiry to our service and will be retained for a minimum of one year.
This information may also be shared with other professionals in conjunction with the nature of the request or enquiry. The data held relating to the delivery of support by the relevant Support Service (listed above) to your child will be used both for the provision of services and also for performance and service planning. This information will be held in a secure environment in accordance with the Together for Families data retention policy after which time it will be destroyed in a secure manner.
