Tremorvah Industries Showroom is open by appointment only since 15 June 2020.
Following the guidelines provided by the Government and Public Health England (PHE), we remain here to help. In light of recent Government Guidelines, Tremorvah will be undertaking a phased re-opening of its Showroom. Customers can visit our Showroom but only by appointment.
We will limit the number of people in the Showroom at any one time. This ensures social distancing guidance can be followed and allow for sanitising between appointments. Please call us if you would like to view or try mobility equipment. Our staff will be able to discuss your needs and make an appointment for you to visit the Tremorvah Showroom. A large number of pieces of equipment can be viewed or, for powered or bespoke equipment, arrange an assessment visit to your home. Small aids can still be ordered over the phone for drop shipping direct to you. You can phone or email us for advice on the larger showroom items, such as scooters and riser recliner chairs. The sensory room remains closed.
The Engineering Team are also available by phone/e-mail. They currently do not offer short-term holiday hires. However, a reduced crew of engineers are working on NHS wheelchair supply and repairs. They continue to prioritise available resources. This means they will provide a priority service to the referrals they receive from the NHS and Adult Social Care. Capacity permitting, they will also lease wheelchairs to private clients with an injury. They will also carry out repairs for private clients in life limiting situations.
The Technology for Independence Team are concentrating solely on referrals received from the NHS and Adult Social Care through Lifeline and Assisted Living. Unfortunately they will not have capacity for new projects at this time. For new projects please contact Lifeline and Assisted Living.
Stairlift and Hoist teams also continue to prioritise resources. This means that we will provide a priority service for equipment breakdowns. We will also provide a priority service to the referrals received from the NHS and Adult Social Care for surveys and installations. Capacity permitting, they will also cater to private clients in life limiting situations. They can be contacted by telephone or e-mail.
Visiting you at home
We will ask you whether you or anyone in your home have Covid-19 symptoms. When we visit your home, we may ask you to leave the room we are working in. Our staff will use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to protect both you and them from the virus. Thank you for your patience.
Over the following days and weeks, we will continue to review and update this information as appropriate.
