Please do not give up your home without seeking proper advice first.
There is a shortage of accommodation in Cornwall. The quickest way of finding accommodation is usually by privately renting.

The duty to refer
Some public bodies must refer households to our service in certain circumstances. Public bodies can read more in a Guide to the Duty to Refer.
Referrals of this type can be made to us via housing jigsaw or by email to dutytorefer@cornwall.gov.uk. If emailing please provide:
- household name
- contact details
- confirmation of consent
