Nos Da Kernow provides outreach support to people in housing difficulties.
We can help you if:
1. you can stay where you are living for the next 56 days or more, and
2. are:
- insecurely housed but have not yet been given a date you must leave
- in a tenancy and do not have a notice to leave but are at risk of being issued one
- worried about an aspect of your housing situation which may lead to losing it
- sofa surfing
- living with friends or family on a temporary basis
- worried about the affordability of your current housing or already in arrears
- problems with your landlord
- struggling to maintain your accommodation due to mental or physical health issues
- going through a relationship breakdown
- living in unsuitable accommodation

The information you provide on this form will be used to provide you with an answer to your query about housing in Cornwall.
We will only use this information in conjunction with the nature of your enquiry. This may include checks with the Council’s Planning Department or Cornwall Home choice to find out details relating to your enquiry or verify information you have provided to us. We may also share your information with the Council’s partner organisation Help to Buy South West to verify any information provided by you.
