Please note that this is the address we will use to communicate with you.

It is not a requirement to provide a property address. The scheme aims to provide you with the information you need to enable the Cornwall Rental Standard to be met and manage your accommodation to a high standard.

Please confirm that properties within your control meet the minimum standards contained within the Cornwall Rental Standard or that you are taking steps to ensure they meet the standard within a reasonable timescale.

Privacy statement

With the information you provide we will send you updates and newsletters from the scheme (CRLS).

We may also use the information to consult with you on changes to legislation or to request feedback on our service.

Your data will be held within Cornwall Council’s secure network and will not be processed outside of the UK/the EEA.  Only authorised members of staff will have access to your data and will process it for the purposes outlined in this privacy notice.

We will keep your information for the period you remain a member of the scheme.

Without your information we will not be able to provide you with the service.
