Pensioner members

If you are in receipt of a monthly pension from the Cornwall Pension Fund, our pensioner pages may provide some help.

To find out how your pension was calculated please view how is my pension calculated?

Can I access my details online?

As a pensioner member, you can sign up for My Pension Online. This allows you to access your pension account details and update some of these securely online. To find out more about this member self-service facility and sign up, please visit our My Pension Online section of this website.

Unfortunately, at the moment pensioners do not have access to payslips or P60’s through My Pension Online. However, this is a facility that we are looking to provide in the future.  Should you need copies for proof of income etc. then please do not hesitate to contact the team by email and we can forward them to you.

How do I change my address?

All you need to do is write to us or email us, detailing your new address and quote your National Insurance Number and/or date of birth. We will then ensure that we update our records and all future correspondence will be sent to your new address.

Alternatively, you can sign up for My Pension Online. This allows you to access your pension account details securely online and update your address. To find out more about this member self-service facility and sign up, please visit our My Pension Online section of this website.

State pension

All UK residents can claim their pension online using the State Pension Online service. It only takes 20 minutes to complete and is available 24/7. It's a secure and easy to use service with online help provided along the way plus online claims can be completed in multiple sittings. If you haven't got everything you need to hand, save your online claim and return to it within 30 days. You can also save and print a copy for your own records.

You can use the online service to make a new State Pension claim.

The gov.uk website also contains information about qualifying for a state pension and how to get an estimate.

If you are already receiving a state pension, this is separate to the Cornwall Pension Fund.

Please see the Department for Work and Pensions website for information on your state pension or call 0845 606 0265 (find out about call charges).
