We do not send out payslips every month, you are only guaranteed to receive a payslip every April and every May, to coincide with your yearly pension increase.
However, you will receive a payslip if your tax code changes or if there is a difference of £5 between your gross or net pay compared to the previous month.
If you have not received a payslip in April and May, please contact us to ensure we have your correct address.
If you require a copy of a payslip e.g. for benefit claims please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a copy.
