My Pension Online is available to members of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) or Firefighters' Pension Scheme (FPS). If you have recently joined the scheme, please wait until you receive confirmation of your membership before signing up for My Pension Online.
On this secure service you can:
- Look at your pension information, including any nominations you have made for a lump sum payment in the event of your death.
- Calculate how much pension you might get if you were to retire early or at Normal Pension Age
- Update some of your personal information
- See important documents and messages
How to sign up to My Pension Online
My Pension Online helps us to communicate faster and more efficiently with you. It also helps us to reduce the amount of paper we use.
Before you start, we suggest reading the Getting started on My Pension Online page. This explains how to sign up.
First, you need to fill out an access form for My Pension Online. We will ask for your email address and some personal details. This is so we can add your email address to your pension record and send you an invite to register for the member self-service portal. You will get the invite within 5 working days.
Remember: When you sign up, you can choose your own username and password. Please make a note of these for future reference.
