We are recruiting teams at all levels including Newly Qualified Social Workers, right across our Cornwall. We operate across three geographical areas:
- East Cornwall
- Mid Cornwall
- West Cornwall
Some of our teams are focused on hospital discharge supporting the acute hospitals and community hospitals.
We offer training and support to our workforce that enable continued professional development and access to apprenticeships to enhance career progression.
We can provide relocation support of up to £8,000 for eligible candidates relocating to Cornwall and are flexible with start dates.
We also offer a Welcome Payment of £4,000 for qualified social workers who have completed their ASYE and are new to social work in Cornwall Council.
