Care work with our partners in the community

Perhaps you would like to consider a career in care?  The role of care workers in our communities could not be more vital than it is today.

Care workers provide an essential service.  They visit people in their homes to help them remain independent, and may also support them in residential homes.  Each carer’s contribution is invaluable to helping others live their lives.  As a care worker the small things that you do could help make a big difference to someone’s life.

There are a range of adult social care providers in Cornwall with job opportunities.  You only need the right values and a desire to help support others - no experience is necessary. Alongside direct care work there is also a whole variety of roles including cooking, gardening and administration.

Proud to Care Cornwall can help you find a rewarding a career in social care and health.  They run a jobs board of current vacancies in your local area and information on the employers.
