This site is visited by about 15,000 people a year.
Opening times:
Gwennap Pit is accessible at all times. However, the Visitor Centre and Busveal Chapel are only open between Spring Bank Holiday Monday to September 30th. They are open at the following times:
- Mon to Fri - 10am to 4:30pm
- Sat - 10am to 1pm
- and from 3pm each Sunday afternoon during services in the Pit
