The Accredited Agents Scheme relates only to the submission of:
- Householder applications
- Tree works applications
Accredited Agents have proven to the Council that they can submit accurate applications. These are in line with the validation procedure.
Accreditation is not based on application quality. It does not guarantee the acceptability of a proposal.
