Carluddon Technology Park (CTP) sits at the heart of the emerging West Carclaze Garden Village, near St Austell. It is owned by Cornwall Council and managed by Cornwall Development Company. The first phase completed in 2018. The Enterprise Space for Advanced Manufacturing (ESAM) is now operational. A future phase of development at CTP would provide further employment opportunities for the local area.

ESAM is a purpose-built development with 32 flexible business units. The units target advanced manufacturing, engineering and low carbon environmental goods and services. It offers offices, workshops, industrial units and hot desking.
