Do you have a child or young adult with a physical disability and/or medical needs who attends school or is soon to attend school? Our service can provide support to both the student and the school. We can provide this support in an educational setting or when the child or young person is starting their transition to an educational setting.
We work to ensure all students with physical disabilities and medical needs can access the school curriculum. We do this through close liaison with:
- The Council’s Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Support Teams
- Key NHS Therapy Teams
