We organise all elections in Cornwall for Cornwall Council, Town and Parish Councils, UK Parliament, Police and Crime Commissioner, plus Business Improvement District ballots and Neighbourhood Plan referendums. We also maintain the Register of Electors to ensure that people are registered to vote.

We implement new legislation affecting elections, referendums and electoral registration, such as the new Voter ID requirements from 4 May 2023 and other changes under the Elections Act 2022.
