In November 2020, the Council deferred proposals that could not be completed before the May 2021 elections. The Constitution and Governance Committee agreed a project timeline for the deferred proposals. This timeline follows the stages in the Community Governance Review guidance: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/community-governance-reviews-guidance

Re-organisation Order made. Consequential changes made (align electoral divisions to parish boundaries etc.). All changes to come into force on 1 April with the exception of electoral changes which will come into force at the first full election after the Reorganisation Order is made. |
